Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
•Platform Management: Administer and maintain the Microsoft Power Platform environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• User Access and Security: Ensure that users have the appropriate access and permissions within the Power Platform, and implement security measures to protect data and resources.
• App and Workflow Configuration: Assist in configuring and customizing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to meet business requirements.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform applications and workflows.
• User Training and Support: Provide support to end-users, assist with app development, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Governance and Compliance: Implement governance policies and best practices to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational standards.
• Integration: Work on integrating Power Platform with other systems and services as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with MS Power Platform administration
• Proven experience as a Power Platform Administrator or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and user support skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Microsoft Power Platform certification (preferred).
