A company is looking for a Bilingual FL Medicaid Call Center Representative to assist customers with their healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle up to 75 calls daily from Florida Medicaid customers regarding health benefits
• Conduct outreach calls to Medicaid members and assist with various inquiries such as provider changes and authorizations
• Support the Medicaid Outbound Call Campaign efforts as an advocate for members
Required Qualifications
• Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone in specified states
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Minimum one year of customer service experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams
• Ability to meet monthly call, attendance, and performance metrics
