School Jotter, a leading provider of school websites and mobile apps in the UK (established 2003!), is seeking a part-time Website Content Administrator to join our team.

Flexible Hours

Work 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday, making it easy to balance with school drop-offs and pick-ups!

Remote Working

No need to commute – carry out your work from the comfort of your home.

This is an administrative role that involves meticulous attention to detail and is not a marketing position. It is also a minimum wage role, so we want to manage expectations accordingly.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality in your work.
• Strong Grammar and Spelling Skills: Producing error-free content with excellent presentation.
• Experience with Website Management Systems: Knowledge of educational content management is a plus.
• Organisation and Multi-tasking Skills: Ability to manage several tasks efficiently.
• Copywriting Experience: While not essential, it’s an added advantage, as it reflects strong communication skills.

About the Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Support professional to join our team. This role focuses on website content publishing and content migration for school websites. Using our content management system, you will ensure content is uploaded accurately and meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Migration and Publishing: Transfer and publish content across multiple school websites using our content management system.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all uploaded content is of exceptional quality, free from errors, and presented to a high standard.
• Editing and Formatting: Review and edit content to maintain excellent grammar, spelling, and overall presentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content creation and web development teams to maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
