Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Specialist to join our team at O’Reilly Automotive. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Dubai, AE, at an Associate level with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally through the web chat platform
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information
– Assist customers with product recommendations and technical support
– Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience
– Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
– Uphold company policies and procedures regarding data security and customer privacy

Requirements:

– Confident and independent personality traits
– Strong attention to detail and excellent people management skills
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
– Excellent written communication skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software
– High school diploma or equivalent required
