Job Description
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive business process architecture that outlines the interrelationships and dependencies of various processes within the organisation.
• Conduct stakeholder surveys to gain insights, analyse data, and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to drive continuous improvement and sustain business excellence.
• Develop and implement quality management systems for product, service, and process excellence in addition to monitoring metrics and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across departments, involving employees in process optimisation and enhancing organisational effectiveness.
• Assess the operational procedures of the entity, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and providing initiatives and suggestions to improve the efficiency of certain procedures.
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or a related field.
• UAE National with Family Book
• 8+ years of proven experience in quality management, business excellence, process architecture, and innovation.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and business process management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and strategies effectively.
