The Trust Officer, will have responsibility for administering a diverse portfolio of companies, partnerships, and trusts, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently oversee a portfolio of entities involved in structured and asset finance transactions, encompassing various special purpose vehicles.
• Provide support for client on-boarding, including KYC requests, bank account opening procedures, GIIN applications, and completion of US tax forms.
• Prepare for the execution and distribution of corporate documents and transaction-related materials.
• Maintain and organize internal and onshore transaction documents within Filesite.
• Enter relevant transaction data into the appropriate systems.
• Scan, file, or save correspondence and documents into client files, whether electronic or physical.
• Prepare transaction structure charts and assist in obtaining internal compliance approvals.
Qualifications
• Minimum of an Associate’s degree or equivalent, along with a minimum of four years of relevant experience within Trust and Corporate Services.
