Overview: We are seeking an organised and reliable Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our team during a busy period. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, raising POs
• Organise and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing and processing documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Perform data entry tasks and update company databases.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Help with supplies management, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Support other teams or departments with administrative tasks as required.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain communication with other teams including customer services.
• Previous administrative experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google suit (Docs, Sheets).
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
