We are seeking motivated and results-driven telemarketers to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. As a commission-based position, your earnings will directly reflect your effort and success, with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

– Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services
– Qualify leads and identify customer needs
– Present product benefits and solutions tailored to customer needs
– Overcome objections and close sales
– Record and track call details and customer information in CRM
– Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
– Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude with every call

Requirements:

– Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
– Strong communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone presence
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance-based earnings
– Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
– Comfortable with using CRM systems and telecommunication tools
– Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
