Duties andResponsibilities :

Develop and implement strategies todrive sales and increase profitability.

Ensure that thestore is properly stocked with products and manage inventory levelsto prevent shortages or overstocking.

Develop and enforceoperational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and cleanenvironment for staff and customers.

Stay informed aboutmarket trends new products and competitors to make informedbusiness decisions and maintain a competitiveedge.

Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff andprovide feedback and coaching to promote professionalgrowth
