Job Summary:We are looking for a highly qualified Senior HSE Officer with over 10 years of experience to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives for construction projects in Dubai.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety, and mitigating risks associated with construction activities.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain the HSE management system in accordance with local regulationsConduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and assessmentsConduct comprehensive risk assessments for construction activitiesEnsure that all workers are trained in safe work practices and emergency proceduresDevelop and deliver HSE training programs and workshopsInvestigate accidents, incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain records of all HSE activitiesDevelop and implement emergency response plans and proceduresConduct regular drills and exercisesCoordinate with local emergency services and authorities to ensure effective emergency response capabilities. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE management within the construction sector.Skills:Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to construction.Proficiency in HSE management software and reporting tools.Experience in conducting HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
