Summary
As a Senior Application Architect for our ServiceNow platform, you will be developing and documenting solutions focusing on the IT Service Management (ITSM) family of modules.
Key Responsibilities
• Model, develop and document robust solutions focusing on the IT Service Management (ITSM) components of our ServiceNow platform
• Ability to develop data modeling and detailed documentation
• Translate user stories and/or requirements into architectural designs and implementations
• Develop detailed technical designs including architecture, workflows and configurations of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
• Define overall ServiceNow platform architecture in partnership with architect peers supporting other areas of the platform and/or on premise systems
• Maintain knowledge on industry trends, upcoming ServiceNow releases and best practices
• Share knowledge with internal team members, stakeholders and other audiences within the organization
• Work collaboratively with product teams, development teams and user communities across multiple business units
Critical Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable field. Equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered.
• 2+ years experience as an architect, developer or other technical position in the ServiceNow ecosystem
• 2-5 years working in a technical capacity in Information Technology or comparable field
• Deep knowledge of ITSM concepts, ITIL and IT administration
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers/vendors
• Ability and willingness to embrace both within our team and across the organization
• Ability to create detailed documentation and presentations for a wide range of audiences (up to executive level)
• Willingness to acquire one or more ServiceNow certifications if not already certified
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant ServiceNow Certification (Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA), ITSM Implementer Certification)
• ITIL V4 Foundations Certified
• Fluent/Bilingual written/spoken in French/English preferred. Unilingual English acceptable if located outside of Quebec
