Position Title: Sales and Marketing Director for Baseel Group
Employment Type: Freelance, Revenue Sharing Model, Part Time or Full Time
Location: Remote Location/work for home
Reporting to: Global Head of Sales

Baseel Group is an IT Services and Products company with over 3000 employees spread across 100 countries. With the headquarters in the UK, we have local entities in Saudi, Qatar, UAE, India and Europe.
We seek dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Directors to lead our business growth efforts. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a performance-based environment. As a key driver of revenue generation, you will be rewarded through a revenue-sharing model that directly aligns your compensation with the success of your efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
4. Identify and enter new markets, expanding the company’s reach.
5. Track and report on key sales metrics, providing insights for decision-making.
Marketing:
1. Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
2. Optimize branding strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors.
4. Manage and analyse campaign performance, ensuring high ROI.
5. Develop content strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Team Leadership:
1. Lead and motivate a sales and marketing team to deliver high performance.
2. Provide training and mentorship to team members.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive business strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing software.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
7. You need to have adequate visa/ working rights in the country. Baseel shall provide no visa sponsorship.
8. B2B and B2G Sales Experience
