i  have an exciting Dubai relocation opportunity available to work for a rapidly expanding Dubai Real Estate company, that currently have 9 offices internationally.

They’re looking for an experienced Sales and Lettings Manager to relocate to Dubai and manage their sales teams.

The selected Sales and Lettings Manager – Dubai Relocation will lead sales and leasing operations, driving strategic initiatives to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include team management, client relations, and enhancing market presence in Dubai’s competitive real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities ofSales and Lettings Manager – Dubai Relocation:

• Lead and mentor the sales and leasing team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Conduct market analysis and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Set team performance metrics and monitor progress.
• Oversee high-level negotiations for sales and leasing agreements.
• Provide training and development for team members.
• Prepare regular sales and market trend reports.

Experience Required from Sales and Lettings Manager – Dubai Relocation:
• 5-7 years of leadership experience in real estate sales and leasing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
• Knowledge / experience of the Dubai real estate market is preferred but not essential.
