Job Description
Wood is seeking an experienced RTP Specialist to join our busy and growing Oil & Gas Canada team due to growth in our business.
Responsibilities
• End to End RtP function: Manage and Produce SAP Outline Agreements, Purchase Orders from Network, Procurement on behalf Maintenance activities, Creating Service Entries and Good receipt for invoice payment on time and resolve invoicing related queries
• Apply the Client governance guidelines as per CPPM to ensure the value delivery of the contract
• Assist and follow up with team members to provide guidance and support in the end to end RtP process (Approvals from Client stakeholders) and support requesters to understand the minimal SAP requirements requests
• Initiate and maintain SAP Work Orders and Network Orders to register commitments as per SLA and ensure timely release in SAP
• Ensure Work Orders, Outline agreements and purchases orders are compliant with establish procedures
• Ensure timely release I approve Service Entry for Payment On Time by Contract I Budget Holders as per MOA
• Follow Contracting Policies and Procedures Manual (CPPM) and MOA when performing RtP activities
• Create and amend the reserved stock material (Reservation of Goods)
• Ability to use SAP at advanced level
• Ability to use Oracle at advanced level
• The candidate will also be responsible to support all close out activities including governance, Work orders and POs as per CPPM
Qualifications
• Degree qualification is preferred
• Broad knowledge of Suppliers in the Middle East region and ideally in the UAE and Iraq
• Previous oil and gas experience (Minimum of 10 years), working in a fast-paced environment on large projects
• Must be an expert user of Microsoft Office
