We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter with their own visa to join our team in the Oil & Gas, Modular Construction, and Real Estate industries. This role is essential in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Oil & Gas, Modular Construction, and Real Estate sectors.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles.
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
– Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
– Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
– Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
– Stay informed about industry trends and changes to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing.
– Conduct reference checks and coordinate job offers, negotiations, and employment agreements.
– Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to promote the company brand and attract potential candidates.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Modular Construction, or Real Estate industries.
– Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
– Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
– A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment, with a passion for finding the right talent for the organization.
– Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
– Willingness to travel within the UAE for recruitment events and meetings, as needed.
