Randstad Canada is currently seeking a Property Admin + Property Manager for a permanent opportunity with a reputable company in Moncton

Responsibilities

>Ensure rents are collected when due and posted to tenant’s accounts, accurately and in a timely manner.
>Responsible for daily bank deposits.
>Prepare tenant statement of accounts as required, ensuring accounts are reconciled monthly.
>Prepare rental advice notices and cover letters.
>Analyze aged receivables weekly. First line collection of delinquent accounts and bill late payment interest charges in accordance with the lease immediately.
>Accurately code accounts payable in a timely manner.•
>Adhere to scheduled deadlines and deliver accurate and timely monthly reports.
>Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.

Qualifications

>Real Estate, Property Management experience an asset.
>Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners.•
>Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
>Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
>Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
>Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handles stressful situations, deal intuitively with situations and work with minimal direction/supervision.
>Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.
>Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
