Role: Project Manager

We are recruiting an Project Manager to join a leading transportation and infrastructure organisation, who are embarking on an operational transformation.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role leading & supporting the delivery major operational transformation projects, which include; business and operational change, office move/refurb, technology delivery and people & process change projects.

Your responsibilities/experience:

• Proven track record and experience delivering a variety of transformative business, operational and technology projects, end to end.
• Experienced delivering projects, on time, on budget, with quality and benefits realised
• Experience leading projects throughout the whole project lifecycle from the initiation, design and planning, execution and closure of the project
• Track and report on project scope, time and budget changes
• Develop, validate, maintain and report on projects/BAU activities
• Understanding of change management and how to embed change/new processes/ ways of working.
• Identify, monitor and manage the risk and issues across projects
• Exceptional Stakeholder engagement skills

Salary: £60,000 – £63,000

Location: Gravesend, Kent. Office ~3 days a week/when project demands.
