Responsibilities:

– Video
• Providing technical assistance to dealers and our sales team
• Work with the technical team to valid the build of material before goods ship to the dealer
• Work with the technical team to test inbound products from the supplier
• Prepare and test demo products
• Work with senior product specialists on specific projects
• Possibility of travel (Canada and US)

– Lighting
• Providing technical assistance to dealers and our sales team
• Prepare and test demo products
• Assist in-house or on-site with demos
• Possibility of travel (Canada and US)
• Program lighting console

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communications skills in French and English (written/verbal)
• Must have knowledge of intelligent lighting, setting-up and operating- fluent in control protocols, RDM/DMX/sACN/ArtNet/CRMX.
• Enjoys learning, and passionate about the industry and the products
• Capable to work at a fast pace under pressure.
• Remaining current on latest technologies and product offering.
