Job description
Our client, a leading London university, is seeking a temporary Post Room Administrator to assist during a busy exam period from Monday, 6th January to Monday, 13th January (6 days). This full-time, onsite role (35 hours per week) will be based at either The Strand or the London Bridge campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the packing of sensitive examination scripts
• Recording and distributing scripts to faculties
• Managing documentation and performing data entry
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in a similar role where attention to detail and working independently were essential
• Preferably, experience in the education sector or logistics-based roles
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and SharePoint
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
This role requires a start date of 6th January, with full availability for the duration of the assignment. You may also need to visit the office in December to set up your laptop (time for this will be claimable on your first timesheet).
Full training and support will be provided for this stand-alone position based in the post room.
