Established and successful company specialising in Retail Displays and Point of Sale with a prestigious client base including many luxury brand names, is now seeking to recruit additional Account Managers due to sustained and continued business growth.

Ideally you will be a confident Account Manager with good communication skills and proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, coupled with a background from within the Point of Sale/Point of Purchase, Retail Displays – perm/temporary.

The successful Account Manager(s) will be the main point of contact for a number of high profile clients helping them with any queries they may have. You will have a small team which will assist you in the day-to-day project management of client works from design through to installation.

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

• Attending client meetings.
• Take detailed client briefs and brief Designers and internal teams as required to ensure everyone is fully aware of the client’s needs and expectations.
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Agree/Maintain Service Levels.
• Produce cost estimates.
• Budget management.
• Produce work programmes and schedules.
• Exercise effective supplier negotiations

Requirements:

• Must have prior Account Management experience ideally gained from within the POS/POP and.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Ability to read technical plans (essential)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines and stay within budget
• Attention to detail
• Driving licence (ideally clean)

You will need to be UK based with the ability to commute to Leicester.
