ABOUT JOB Our client is seeking a detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of their tasks. We are looking for the “right fit” for the position. Must be able to present yourself professionally and handle your time efficiently.**Responsibilities:**– Perform clerical duties, including data entry and document management– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner and greet clients– Assist in customer inquiries– Coordinate appointments and meetings– Conduct Final Meetings with Clients-Accept interim and final payments-Oversee payment schedules and final invoicing-Employee scheduling and postings-Ordering of support items for events-Confirming vendors via email-Client follow-ups**Skills:**– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Quick Books) a plus– Strong organizational skills– Excellent customer service and support abilities– Knowledge of office management procedures– Familiarity with phone systems and handling calls effectively– Experience with events and weddings a plus-Outgoing, pleasant demeanorJob Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 26 per weekSchedule:

Monday to Friday
