The Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for the delivery and execution of ongoing function performance reviews, enhancements and developments for the ECD Authority and related services, policies, processes, systems as well as operations. Additionally, the Manager will be overseeing and validating all document and deliverables that must be produced in Arabic.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of efficient workflows for the ECD Authority in close collaboration with the remaining ECD Authority functions
• Support senior management to drive, develop and implement function key performance indicators (KPIs) for ECD Operational Excellence.
• Deliver ECD Authority performance improvement and quality management reviews, projects and initiatives
• Deliver all ECDA client documentation and guides, deliverables and other official documentation including Arabic
• Manage Arabic translation provider to ensure all deliverables are completed to the required standard

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• Demonstrate strong project planning and organisation skills
• Knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence concepts
• Knowledge of UAE Freezone Services
• Flexible attitude and being able to adapt to rapid change
