Summary : The role has been created to support the Global Fuel & Gas Operations teams.Description:• Manage KYC for new clients to bring onboard before starting any transaction • Fully signed contracts to be saved onto the network, By client>>Contract#>>Invoices>>supported by loading documents • Business Unit, Cost Centre and Commodity to be captured (applicable to ALL transactions) • Invoicing to be done daily in system as contracts are executed • Due dates to be captured and stated on the invoices • Payments and invoices to be correctly applied • Capturing of invoices, references and saving of documents • Making sure the regular Cut-off adhered on capturing the transaction • Statements and confirmations from suppliers – to be reconciled from 3rd party statements to accounting • Manager to sign off on week’s postings for completeness and accuracy • Physical stock to be reconciled to system • Stock confirmations • Stock losses or adjustment in booked/sales/purchased volume (CNs/DNs) • Statements and confirmations from customers – to be reconciled • Nomination confirmations to be sent to respective terminals once funds are sited and as per payment done. • Contracts to be booked into the system – live, further Unique system contract to be created and circulated for energy • Capturing invoice, generating the reports and booking the transaction(purchase, sales and Inventory) regionwide • Cost centers, Commodity and Business Units to be updated.• Ensure contracts do not age beyond 30 days, and escalate to the team if contracts fall above 30 days. • Inventory Positions • Month end Recon Closing with finance team to show realized GP for the month and Rollover of contracts to next Month • Capturing Status & Recon • Provide timely reports as per the requirements of traders (weekly, fortnightly and monthly) to show business position • Liaise with finance team on month end closing • Reports of non-compliance are to be shared and alerted to all relevant parties (ageing contracts, creditors overdue,) • Populate and update KPI dashboard to share the real-time status of the business and various corridors. Expertise & Qualifications:• Bachelors degree in engineering, preferably in the field of oil and gas or a related discipline. A master’s degree is a plus.• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management & operations management within the oil and gas industry.• Strong knowledge of oil and gas project methodologies, industry regulations, and safety standards.• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple oil and gas projects simultaneously.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams in the oil and gas sector.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency within the industry.• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with an understanding of the specific terminology used in the oil and gas field.• Proficiency in project management software and tools specific to oil and gas projects.• Familiarity with relevant industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the oil and gas sector, petrochemical, and chemical industries
