We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Mortgage Associate Trainer to join our Academy team on a part-time basis.
This position involves training agents on the concepts covered in Alberta’s pre-licensing course to better equip them with the knowledge needed to excel in the mortgage industry. Previous experience as a mortgage associate license holder will be essential for this role. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and informative sessions to prepare candidates for successful careers in the mortgage business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on mortgage content.
• Develop and update course materials to ensure they reflect the latest industry standards and regulations.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the course material.
• Provide support and guidance to students, addressing any questions or concerns related to the course content or the mortgage industry in general.
• Coordinate with the education team to schedule classes and manage class logistics.
Qualifications:
• Must have at least 3+ years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry
• Must have held a mortgage associate license in Alberta.
• Proven experience in mortgage products or business processes.
• Strong teaching skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
