YOUR ROLE AS A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing technical support operations to meet efficiency, quality and customer delivery objectives. He/she is also responsible for supervising and scheduling human and material resources to maintain equipment operational readiness and reliability.

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Supervisor you are responsible but not limited to the following:
• Ensure technical coordination of maintenance team activities
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with regulations and procedures
• Ensure that maintenance work is carried out safely, in compliance with current regulations and company health and safety standards.
• Work with the maintenance planner to maintain and improve the work order system and preventive maintenance system.
• Coach and mobilize team members to achieve objectives
• Enforce company policies
• Ensure team development and training

Qualifications

• DEC in mechanical or industrial engineering or DEP in mechanics or electromechanics for automated systems
• 3-5 years’ experience in personnel supervision
• Good computer skills (Office Suite)
• Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Positive, servant leadership
• Ability to build trust with team members
