Job Description:

GameStop is looking for a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Dubai for remote work. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with customers. You will need to have a passion for gaming and excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities:

– Engaging with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support
– Answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Upselling products and services to increase sales
– Analyzing customer data to identify trends and improve customer experience
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

Requirements:

– 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role
– Independent and passionate personality traits
– Strong analysis and persuasion skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Knowledge of gaming products and industry trends is a plus
