Lead Generation Specialist for Property Management Contacts (London and SW London)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify key property management contacts in London and Southwest London. The ideal candidate will focus exclusively on companies involved in commercial property management and deliver actionable leads with verified contact information.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify block management companies and commercial property management firms that oversee properties in London and SW London.

Verify that the company actively manages commercial properties (not solely residential or investment-focused).

Collect the following information for each lead:

Property Manager’s full name

Direct mobile number (07 phone number)

Business email address

Company website

Compile 100 verified leads into a well-organized spreadsheet or database.

Ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to our target market.

Target Area:

London and Southwest London only.

Requirements:

Experience in lead generation or research, especially in the property management or real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of research tools, including Google, LinkedIn, company directories, and property platforms (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla).

Ability to filter out irrelevant companies (e.g., residential-only agencies, investment-only firms).

High attention to detail, particularly in verifying contact information.

Familiarity with commercial property management is a significant advantage.

Deliverables:

A database of 100 verified leads meeting the specified criteria.

Each lead must include all required details: name, 07 phone number, email, and website.

Leads must be high quality and relevant to commercial property management in the specified area.

Compensation:

Fixed pay per 100 verified leads.

Bonus for exceptional quality or exclusive leads.
