Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Influencer Manager to join our Affiliates & Partnerships team in London. This is a unique global role in one of Wise’s biggest user acquisition channels within the Performance Marketing tribe. Our vision is to give partners the opportunity to recommend Wise by creating deals which work for both parties. We work with a whole range of partners across the globe, from comparison sites, investment bloggers and YouTubers to go-abroad agencies and business services.

At Wise, we’re on a mission to turbocharge our influencer marketing efforts and expand into new, high opportunity regions. You will be managing everything from travel influencers in Australia and financial literacy campaigns in the US to cross team ambassador campaigns in Brazil for the Olympics and more. We are looking for someone who can help us partner with more influencers across more channels to unlock access to new audiences in new markets to showcase the incredible value of Wise.

You will work closely with other internal marketing teams globally who have a strong use for influencer marketing, whether that be talent for PR campaigns, creators for organic social channels or influencer content for paid activity.

Responsibilities

• Influencer Management & New Deals:
• Develop and manage end-to-end regional influencer campaigns, including the campaign strategy, sourcing influencers, negotiating rates, managing contracts, reporting and forecasting
• Work with regional leads to explore and justify other influencer channels for growth
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns that align with Wise’s regional growth objectives and target audience (using our influencer tool)
• Campaign Strategy and Execution:
• Design and implement influencer marketing strategies to double down on growth and drive new customers
• Collaborate with other teams in marketing to create compelling content with a wider use case
• Regional Management:
• Oversee regional influencer marketing activities to ensure alignment with the global strategy
• Manage regional influencer roles and coordinate efforts to maximise local impact
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Provide regular reporting and analysis at a regional level on campaign outcomes and KPI’s and use this to inform future strategy
• Program Operations
• Understand and implement the operational side of influencer deals, including payments, compliance, tool management and forecasting

Qualifications

A bit about you
• A minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record building and scaling influencer programmes to drive incremental customer growth
• Experience working with or within influencer management agencies
• Experience in setting up many different types and sizes of commercial deals
• Experience monetising social media followers
• Enthusiastic, creative team player with a genuine love for all things content related
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify performance trends and opportunities with examples of measurement across influencer campaigns
• Experience working with junior team members to mentor and scale projects
• Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally is key

Nice-to-have
• Experience managing influencers/talent/ambassadors in the financial technology industry
• Affiliate marketing experience
• Fluency in multiple languages
