Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a hands-on sales leadership role ideally in the mobile games industry,
• Successful and demonstrable track record of building local and remote sales teams and exceeding both individual and team sales targets,
• Have a solid understanding of software solution and service sales in areas such as game distribution, analytics, advertising, payments, performance marketing or similar,
• Ability to deal with technical services and interact with the typical decision makers within mobile game studios and business development teams,
• Comfortable with a fast changing industry landscape,
• (Desirable) You will already be working with and leading direct sales efforts to the Top 100 grossing mobile games companies globally,
• (Desirable) Solid network within the global mobile games market,
• (Desirable) Business English Proficiency
What the job involves
• Design, implement and execute a comprehensive sales growth strategy to deliver Flexion’s revenue targets,
• Build, Grow and Lead the sales team towards over achieving their revenue goals,
• Establish long-term executive level partnerships with our key customers and prospects,
• Work internally to deliver revenue generating solutions for our existing and prospective customers,
• Establish internal visibility of the sales pipeline status
