As part of the Corporate Properties team, you will contribute to the strategic initiatives that align with the company’s long-term goals for our Head Office and Regional Office properties.

What you will do:

• Schedule and coordinate project and relocation activities for Head Office and Regional Offices with our internal/external stakeholder partners (design, leasing, property management/ landlords, IT, MAC vendors, etc.).
• Responsible for supervision of, and determining resourcing of move, add, change (MAC) vendors as required to support daily and project activities.
• Maintain tenant spaces at our Corporate Offices through refresh and repair of premises, recommending improvements.
• Track + document vendor rates, purchase orders, + payments
• Provide exemplary customer service by supporting business requirements and timely completion of tenant requests.
• Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholder partners, communicating with all levels in the organization including senior and executive management.
• Be available on minimal notice to coordinate with internal/external stakeholders in the event of an emergency, crisis, or incident response.

What you will bring:

• Post secondary education (FMP is an asset).
• Strong organizational skills:
• Drive vision of the Canada Life premises by collaborating with a variety of internal teams (Leasing/Design/Strategy/Change Management)
• Drive maintenance of Canada Life offices by providing excellent client service in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and conflicting timelines
• Strong problem solving + decision-making skills:
• Able to clearly communicate concepts, processes, + assignments to external vendors
• Technical skills (Microsoft applications, online service request portal, facilities database).
• Exposure to/experience reading and interpreting basic floorplans
• Strong communication + collaboration skills:
• Able to work in a team and align a variety of stakeholders on a variety of facilities + property deliverables
• Able to effectively engage with all levels of internal + external stakeholders + vendors
• Available to work 5 days a week in-office, and to work weekends/overtime/on-call as needed.

The base salary for this position is between $43,800- $ 72,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
