We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join us to manage the day-to-day running of various digital projects. You’ll work with well-known luxury and tech brands to create digital products: high-end marketing sites, apps and web applications.

Our ideal candidate will be competent, take leadership, have strong written and verbal skills, be well organised, proactive with time management and maintain efficiency under pressure.

Experience and competencies

As a Digital Project Manager, you will:
• Commercial agency experience with software and/or web development experience
• Have worked with Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello or similar Kanban and task management software
• Responsible for the smooth and effective running of our digital team’s projects.
• Ensuring the project teams’ efficiency and effectiveness to deliver projects on time and within budget. Tracking timings, milestones, budgets, and resources across all projects daily.
• Work with internal team members to help define project scope, resource requirements, and cost estimates. Then, produce roadmaps, schedules, costing, scoping documents and technical specifications.
• Will be the main point of contact between the team and clients. Liaising between the project team (UX/designers/developers/testers) and project stakeholders, fostering quality and clear communication between disciplines.
• Responsible for ensuring that relevant clients and account team members are kept up to date on project developments: changes in timings, costs and any issues arising, and managing expectations on both sides.
• Liaising with the project team through Q&A to quality check work and provide actionable feedback.
• Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various digital projects within an account (e.g., website development, design, build, email marketing campaigns, etc.) to agreed-upon scope, timings, budget, and quality as needed.
• Create proposals and costings.
• A solid understanding of the key technical aspects of the development processes.
