Job Description:

Plains GP Holdings is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns
– Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary
– Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and retention
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Meet or exceed customer service goals and KPIs
– Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience
