Job Description:
World Fuel Services is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Service Manager to join our team as a part-time remote worker based in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge within the team.
3. Handle customer escalations and complaints, working towards a resolution that satisfies the customer and aligns with company policies.
4. Analyze customer service data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer service issues and drive operational efficiencies.
6. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive results in a remote work environment.
3. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.
4. Proficiency in customer service management software and systems.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
