Job Description
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately assessing and addressing customer needs and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Stay updated on product knowledge and stay informed about company policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
Handle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Emirati nationality preferred.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
