Job Description:

1.Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain existing customer relationships, regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and feedback.
• Establish and expand new customer relationships, develop potential clients, and drive business growth.
• Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s business model and needs, coordinate internal resources (such as technical support and product departments) to ensure effective solutions are provided to clients.

2. Sales management and performance achievement

• Set sales targets and plans, drive the achievement of sales performance, track sales progress, and ensure the signing and execution of contracts.
• Responsible for negotiating, signing, and managing customer contracts, ensuring that contract terms align with the company’s interests.
• Analyze market trends and competitors’ strategies, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Follow up on accounts receivable, ensure timely payments from clients, and handle related financial issues.

3. Teamwork and cross-functional coordination

• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, technical, and after-sales to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.
• Participate in internal project meetings, providing the latest customer needs and feedback.
• Coordinate company resources to introduce products or services to clients, and provide necessary training.
• Offer after-sales support, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

4. Data analysis and reporting

• Collect and analyze customer data, and prepare relevant reports to provide insights for management decision-making.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of customer relationship management strategies and offer suggestions for improvement.

5. Marketing and brand maintenance

• Participate in company marketing or promotional activities to help enhance the company’s brand image.
• Proactively introduce new products or services to clients, fostering opportunities for secondary development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer management or sales, preferably with a background in the cybersecurity or information technology industry.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions, capable of discussing technical requirements with clients and providing suitable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with various clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; conversational ability in Arabic is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month
