Job Description:

Kimberly-Clark is looking for a dedicated and resilient Customer Care Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

– Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
– Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
– Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights on customer preferences and market trends
– Assist in resolving any customer issues or escalations

Requirements:

– 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Cooperativeness and project management skills are a plus
– Must have a dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection
