Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our remote team at CH2M Hill in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work remotely in a part-time capacity at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

– Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients
– Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and preferences to improve service offerings
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements:

Reliable and resilient personality traits essential for remote work
– Strong innovation and teamwork soft skills
– Proven experience in a client support role, preferably in a remote setting
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
