Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, knowledge in Arabic language is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-4 years plus previous experience in contracting and building consultancy in UAE is required.
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
• Auto CAD is mandatory.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Within UAE Residence should be in Dubai.
• Must have valid UAE Driving license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Civil engineer: 3 years (Preferred).
• UAE License (Preferred).
• Preferred nationality: Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• To be able to review soil reports, structural models and structural drawings and details including foundation drawings.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Designing and overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish.
• Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• To coordinate with in-house Technical Site Team for all the Projects of the Group.
• Providing technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at the site and in the documentation.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Handling of authorities at various administrative levels and all local authorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
