UGI is seeking a passionate and confident Chat Support Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents, ensuring high-quality customer service, and achieving key performance indicators. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of chat support agents, providing coaching and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
2. Monitor chat support interactions to maintain quality standards and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
4. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for operational efficiency.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
6. Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback to chat support agents.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technology to enhance chat support operations.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in a chat support management role.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
4. Strong time management and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in chat support platforms and CRM systems.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
