To Provide effective and efficient services to the Internal/External Customers.Co-ordinate with Merchant/Business/Issuer for chargeback related issues and follow up till resolved.Co-ordinate with Payment SchemeAnalyzing and approving the Dispute Cases to avoid financial lossApplying the Card Payment Rules and Regulations on all Disputes CasesMinimize the financial loss by processing chargeback accuracy as per

Complete the process and close the case within time schemes frameHandling of All retrieval request receiving from issuing bank timelyHandling of All chargebacks receiving from issuing bank timelyHandling merchant adjustment against chargebackHandling of pre-arbitration cases receiving from Global Issuing Banks and refer to Head of Chargeback to make decision and approve to respond.Refer Arbitration Cases receiving from Payment Schemes to Head of Dispute
Reconciliation of Chargeback AccountsProactive management of all operational risks of the department.Effectively lead, train, and communicate with subordinate team to ensure that expectations and standards are metUAT Testing System. Liaise with Projects/UAT Application support teams on a regular basis for new business proposed and with CSD on various operations issuesTo Provide effective and efficient services to the Internal/External Customers.Co-ordinate with Branches/Call centre/RBO for chargeback related issues and follow up till resolvedAnalyzing the Dispute Cases received from our customersApplying the Card Payment Rules on all Disputes Cases and processingMinimize the financial loss by processing chargeback accuracy
