We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and insights, and use this information to inform brand strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals
• Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and influencers
• Monitor and analyse brand performance, and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to support brand objectives
• Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats to the brand
• Lead and mentor a team of brand professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of brand strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
• Knowledge of British English and cultural nuances is essential
