Job description

Job Summary

Under the CAO direction, to manage the Office of Institutional Advancement and handling office tasks, duties and responsibilities includes: providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, assist CAO through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication in business development, new enterprise and commercial market research and Alumni. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Collaboratively with AURAK stockholders.
Minimum Qualification and Education
• Essential: Bachelor’s degree is required.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Work Experience

• Essential: 1-2 years’ work experience in higher education industry.

Language proficiency required
• Essential: Fluent in English and Arabic
