Hays are currently assisting a single family office established in the UAE and across Southeast Asia with their search for an Accounting Manager.

Your new role

The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations of the Dubai office, ensuring compliance of accounting standards, as well as managing international transactions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and IAS accounting standards.
Key responsibilities include day-to-day financial management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, managing international transactions, accounts payables, accounts receivables, financial analysis, audit coordination and team leadership.

What you’ll need to succeed

Candidates must have:
– 7+ years working in an accounting role for a family office or financial services firm at a managerial level.
– CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
– Strong knowledge of IFRSS, GAAP and IAS reporting standards.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
