We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our client’s team. This hybrid role, based in London, UK, is focused on nurturing and expanding relationships with Santander UK, leveraging your established network to create strategic opportunities and drive revenue growth. Having a pre-existing professional network within Santander UK is an essential requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Santander UK, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute account strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand the scope of services offered.
• Networking: Utilize your existing professional connections within Santander UK to establish and strengthen client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and technical teams, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the client’s needs.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in the banking sector, providing strategic insights to support business development initiatives.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report on progress to ensure alignment with revenue and growth targets.
• Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Perfil

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in account management, business development, or client-facing roles in the banking or financial services sector.
• Existing network within Santander UK is an essential and non-negotiable requirement for this role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and account management software.
• Understanding of supply chain solutions or similar technological services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.he banking and financial services industry.
