2nd Line Support Specialist
6 month contract
Central London
Office based full time
Up to max £165 per day via umbrella
ASAP Start
My large client is looking for a 2nd Line Support Specialist to come on board within their expanding team and assist in the growth of this even further. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company that will offer you the chance to enhance your skillset and develop your experience.
As a Second Line Support Specialist you will assist my client by delivering an effective and efficient 2nd line technical support service that resolves any IT related queries and/or incidents and recommending innovative solutions that provide your internal customers with a swift return to service.
If you have the following skills:
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good knowledge of IT services delivered within a corporate environment
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
