The Role:

As Program Manager in the Founders’ Office, you’ll work directly with the CEO and Founders, leading high-impact projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. This role puts you at the heart of strategic decision-making, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Projects Execution (30%): Successfully lead and deliver at least three high-impact projects per quarter, ensuring they align with the company’s growth goals. Develop actionable project plans and provide regular updates to the Founders.
• * Cross-Functional Collaboration (25%): Act as the key connector between the Founders’ Office and departments like Product, Operations, and Sales. Facilitate collaboration to keep projects on track and resolve bottlenecks.
• * Process Optimization (20%): Identify inefficiencies and implement quarterly improvements that enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency.
• * Data-Driven Insights (15%): Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluations to support decision-making. Prepare and deliver insightful presentations for board meetings, investors, and strategic discussions.
• * Mentorship & Team Development (10%): Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Recommend training resources to support team growth.

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Operations, or related fields; an MBA is a strong plus.
• Proven experience working in startups or high-growth environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and scale processes.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-impact projects from concept to completion, delivering measurable results.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to align cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and analytics platforms to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
• Adaptability and resilience to excel in fast-paced, dynamic settings with shifting priorities.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, strategy, or a similar role, preferably in AI-driven or technology-focused organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related fields.
