Role Description

This is a remote full-time role for a Junior Analyst at FD CAPITAL. The Junior Analyst will be responsible for conducting data analysis, monitoring blockchain market trends, preparing investment materials and reports, supporting investment committees, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic projects.

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Analyze blockchain market trends
• Conduct complex data analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, presentations, and reports for portfolio companies.
• Conduct research on industries and communicate analytical findings to the executive team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to develop and deliver analytical projects.
• Conduct research on L1/L2 protocols, infrastructure projects & DEFI.
• Prepare investment reports, financial models, and marketing materials.
• Support investment committees and strategic decisions.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in finance, mathematics, CS, economics, or related fields.
• 2+ years in IB, PE, VC, or tech-focused roles (crypto/Web3 experience is a plus).
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; Python/R is a bonus.
• Fluent in English with top-notch analytical and communication skills.
