Job Overview:
The Employee Experience Specialist will be responsible for cultivating positive employee relationships, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, and maintaining a productive and engaging work environment.
What you’ll do:
Employee Relations:
• Proactive Relationship Building
• Internal Employee Value Proposition
• Exit Interview Management
Onboarding:
• Program Development
• Pre-boarding Activities
• Orientation Sessions
• Buddy System
• New Joiners Central Point of Contact
• Post-Onboarding Follow-up
• Onboarding Metrics
Administrative Tasks:
• Record Keeping
• Compliance
• Reporting
• System Administration
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in employee relations and onboarding roles, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on finding win-win solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• A passion for employee engagement and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred but not required
• Experience in Real Estate is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential.
