Trading since 2013 in the UAE, we can be found at three locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with the vision of expanding the brand across the UAE. Our Trek Bicycle Stores are the leading TREK concept and retail stores in the region, where our love for bikes echo through our customer service and community involvement. We are looking for individuals that will not only share our passion but echo the values and vision of Trek Bicycle Store – UAE and the Trek brand. The ideal candidate, besides having previous experience in the cycling industry, should be committed to customer care on all levels; be a team player and be open to opportunities of growth.

As a Sales Executive/Cashier for Trek Bicycle Store – UAE, your day to day tasks will include (however not limited to):

• Opening and closing of the store
• Ensuring the store is presentable for the day ahead
• Ensuring that there is sufficient stock on the sales floor
• Stock transfers from the warehouse
• Friendly and helpful customer service
• Obtaining and following up on sales leads
• Completing sales on the POS system
• Meeting prescribed targets
• Product knowledge of all brands
• Reporting to management

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the cycling industry, with the following skills:

• Good track record of customer service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills when dealing with customers and the ability to explain technical detail to customers
• Problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Goal orientated
• Basic merchandising knowledge
• An understanding of, and passion for, bikes and associated products/accessories
• Patience and the ability to work / serve customers under pressure
• Builds strong relationships with peers, customers and suppliers
