Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

Field Coaching: Hit the road with our BDM’s 3 days a week minimum, offering hands-on guidance, observing sales meetings, and providing real-time feedback to enhance sales effectiveness.

Real Time Call Coaching: Working side by side with our wider Commercial teams to deliver on the spot coaching and feedback to maximize coaching impact and drive performance across the commercial division.

Individualized Coaching: Provide personalized coaching and mentorship, offering tailored feedback and support to help employees reach their full potential and exceed performance targets.

Driving Engagement: engage with the Commercial function to increase attendance of the weekly virtual sessions and support the implementation of new skills.

Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and
assessments to track individual and team progress, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

What we’re looking for in you:

• Sales Experience- Previous experience in customer-facing sales roles is

required. There is no previous training experience required.
• Motivated Individuals- We need go-getters who are committed to hitting

sales targets and striving for excellence in everything they do. Your self motivation and proactive approach will be key to your success in this role.

Driver’s Licence: A full valid driving licence is a must-have for this role, as you’ll
be out in the field supporting our BDM’s.
